The services for residents include Hanover on Call, providing 24/7 alarm call monitoring and telecare assistance, and a free and confidential Be Wise advice services which have helped identify over £6 million of extra income for residents over the last four years.

As a not-for-profit organisation, any surplus made is reinvested into maintaining properties, improving services and building more homes for older people.
