Advantage SW is a limited liability partnership owned by four Housing Associations. It has formed a “central purchasing body” which will arrange contracts that Housing Associations and local authorities can access. It now has 12 members with around 75,000 homes.

Bolsover District Council is a local authority based in north Derbyshire. Hillingdon London Borough Council is the local authority for the London Borough of Hillingdon in Greater London, England. Mansfield District Council Landlord services are responsible for approximately 6800 properties across the district with the management of those properties and estates delivered from the Civic Centre and from area offices at Mansfield Woodhouse, Sandy Lane and Warsop. The day to day repair of their homes is mainly carried out by the housing repairs service who are based at Vale Road, Mansfield Woodhouse. All services are delivered in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements and where appropriate in line with ‘best practice’

It will provide the landlord housing service to tenants whilst properties remain in the ownership of the Council. Responsibility for managing over 5,500 council homes in Newark and Sherwood transferred from Newark and Sherwood District Council to Newark and Sherwood Homes on 1st November 2004, along with over 160 staff from the Council’s Housing Services Department.
North East Derbyshire District Council is a local government district in Derbyshire, England. It borders the districts of Chesterfield,Bolsover, Amber Valley and Derbyshire Dales in Derbyshire, and Sheffield and Rotherham in South Yorkshire.
The council’s head office was originally based outside the district, in the town of Chesterfield, which the district surrounds on three sides, and thus acts as the shopping and work centre for much of the district. However the council relocated to District Council Offices, Mill Lane, Wingerworth, within its own administrative area, in April 2015.

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust provide a wide range of services to a population of more than 550,000 people in Worcestershire as well as caring for patients from surrounding counties and further afield.
Are an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) responsible for managing council homes on behalf of Newcastle City Council.
